IndiGo delivered my checked baggage completely unzipped and wide open. ₹40,000 cash stored inside has disappeared,baggage inside chain is open too.
Same problem with ine more customer, both of the bags came last on the belt wow..

Despite formal complaint with video evidence on email social media, no response in over 36 hours, just a formal reply to waste time, call centre on hold for 2-2 hours.
