@reliancejio @JioCare Have contacted 5 times that my internet isn't working at home and my elder parents are alone with no one to take care! Still no technician assigned yet , remote troubleshooting doesnt works. And all the call centre executive is more than rude to take care.

@reliancejio @JioCare @JioCare The internet again went off, I have requested multiple times for a router change , but there is a simple reboot done which works for sometime and then the wifi disappear. Get the router exchanged pz and fix the internet at the earliest, rather than a temporary workaround
