@airtelindia @airtelindia I was on a call with your dedicated support representative named Sharath and he disconnected from the call as he has escalated and there’s nothing he could do!!!! Are you guys for real????

[Sathish Kumar KV ◢ ◤ @iam_Zintu]

@airtelindia I have a pending DTH installation from last Tuesday (close to 10 days now) with the addition of this service, I am upgraded to so called #AirtelBlack customer which promises faster resolution…. I say bullshit! Complaint Registered: 4533967432

[Sathish Kumar KV ◢ ◤ @iam_Zintu]

@airtelindia when can I expect the so called faster resolution?

I have called 121 close to 10 times, all I get is a standard statement of we will escalate, god knows to which incompetent supervisor this is escalated to!
