Amend S.O. 184 of 2020 and the relevant MTS recruitment rules so that candidates with qualifications above 10+2 are not barred from applying.

Education should never become a disqualification for employment. Graduates and postgraduates should get an equal opportunity to compete on merit.

We urge the J&K Government to amend the rules and ensure justice for MTS aspirants.

A candidate should not be punished for studying further. Graduation or higher qualification should not close the door to an MTS job.

Remove the maximum qualification cap. Amend the relevant rules and give every eligible aspirant a fair chance to compete on merit.
