While the world hears about the hostages from Israel, UK, America, and other countries, Bipin was forgotten. Because he is from a country nobody cares about. Nepal's government is in turmoil, characterised by instability. The government didn't have the resources for negotiations and lacks Middle Eastern geopolitical influence.

Ask yourself: Had Bipin been a Muslim youth from an Middle Eastern country, would the reaction have been the same? What if he was from Australia, New Zealand, China or Japan? We would know about him and governments would have raised hell to bring him home.

But Bipin is Hindu. His fate does not matter to Western elites who only find their voice when it suits their political narrative.
