The programme commenced with singing of 'Vande Mataram’, followed by the flag-hoisting ceremony. Ambassador Dr Hifzur Rahman read out Hon’ble President of India’s address to the nation. Indian delegation led by Joint Secretary (WANA) called on Minister of Foreign Affairs & Intl Cooperation, Govt of National Unity of Libya H.E. Taher El Baour in Tripoli. Foreign Minister appreciated intensification of bilateral partnership and suggested way forward including in healthcare, education, human resource development and digital public infrastructure. He stressed the need to reactivate the instutional mechanism between India and Libya.
