๐จ Before you use Django, read this.
Many developers choose Django because it's fast, mature, and comes with a lot of features out of the box.
But here's something I wish more people understood:
Django won't automatically make your application scalable or maintainable.
๐จ The real reason many developers struggle in interviews today isnโt AI.
Itโs the lack of fundamentals.
Iโve seen more developers rely heavily on AI tools to build projects, write code, and even debug issues.
Thatโs not the problem.
โข Canโt reason about time/space complexity
โข Canโt debug without AI assistance
AI is a powerful tool.
But interviews donโt test what you can generate.
They test what you understand.
And understanding only comes from fundamentals.
You can use AI to accelerate your work.

- API versioning strategy
- Background task processing (Celery, RQ, etc.)
- Caching and performance optimisation
- Testing and CI/CD pipelines
- Security best practices
Django gives excellent tools, but it's still your responsibility to design a system that can grow with users.

@jerahmeel_Madu@AishaYesufu This is exactly how most people fail exams and end up saying, "I wrote well, I even collected an extra sheet, yet that lecturer failed me" Meanwhile, you didn't even follow instructions or read the question to understand; you just jumped to writing, because you have an Android.
@rubelverse @karpathy lol English isn't the hottest programming language but it's a language that once understood you can understand 99% of the Python syntax as it's close to English.
