An emergency meeting of #JKVTWA, in collaboration with #JKECC & #JKTA @KJ@KJkecc, was held today under the chairmanship of President Mr. Shah Fayaz @ShahFay67820600 to address recent statements by Hon'ble Education Minister @sakinaitoo.
Terming Vocational Trainers engaged since 2016 as "backdoor appointments"—despite a transparent selection process via public advertisements, written exams & interviews under @JKSamagra—has deeply hurt & demoralized thousands of dedicated professionals serving for nearly a decade.
It is deeply disappointing that these trainers, previously recognized by the Hon'ble Minister @sakinaitoo herself as the "Backbone of Vocational Education," are now being accused of blocking permanent recruitment. Instead of a long-pending Job Policy, the community has been met with contradictory remarks causing widespread anguish.
J&K Vocational Trainers Welfare Association #JKVTWA, alongside #JKECC & #JKTA, will shortly hold a press conference to present the factual position, strongly condemn these statements and announce the future course of action regarding our ongoing indefinite strike.
We urge the Hon'ble Minister @sakinaitoo to verify official recruitment records, withdraw these misleading statements and acknowledge the invaluable contributions of VTs in Jammu & Kashmir.

A system that depends on skilled professionals must also ensure fairness, dignity, and timely compensation. Direct engagement of workers and meaningful structural reforms are essential to end exploitation and strengthen public services.

The outsourcing model promoted in the name of employment generation has created a deeply unequal workforce structure. Third-party agencies earn substantial management fees while employees remain underpaid, insecure, and deprived of basic protections.

The challenge is not limited to low wages. Salary payments are frequently delayed, sometimes for months, creating financial hardship for employees and their families.
@JKVTWA@OmarAbdullah@sakinaitoo@CM_JnK Years of service. Thousands of students trained. Yet government negligence continues to push Vocational Trainers into uncertainty while failed private companies are rewarded.
Justice delayed is justice denied.
#JusticeForVocationalTrainers
As Voc. Trainers, we have dedicated years to building students' skills & strengthening voc. education in J&K. Yet, while VTP's that failed the programme r being rewarded with extensions and more funds, VTs remain ignored.
We seek dignity, job security & justice not promises.
Go tell your Prime Minister Mr. Modi to build just one city like Norway,
where people get these facilities:
- Corruption-free
- Pollution-free
- Food free from adulteration
- Best quality roads and flyovers
- Best quality education with no paper leaks
- Proper treatment in hospitals without medical mafia loot
- At least basic facilities for common people
It’s okay if he does not hold press conferences, because if he does, the public will definitely ask all these questions.
That is why Mr. Modi runs away and does not want to answer.
Hello Lyng,
Since Mr. Modi became the Prime Minister of India,
you people tell me - which city in India is pollution-free and corruption-free,
where adulterated food is not sold?
Has Mr. Modi created any such city after coming to power?
I am not talking about cities or villages that were already better before,
like many people mentioned South India and Jammu & Kashmir - those places are naturally better and pollution-free.
Now talk about Delhi, the capital of India.
India has a population of 1.3 billion,
a 4 trillion-dollar economy,
and was once considered one of the world’s most developed civilizations.
In the capital city Delhi:
- Are people getting clean air?
- Are people getting food without adulteration?
- Are the roads good?
- Has corruption ended?
- Are people getting proper treatment in hospitals?
If all these things are not happening,
then what has Prime Minister Modi been doing for the last 12 years?
He has not even made his own capital an example for the world.
Delhi’s pollution is famous around the world.
Many people say that population does not allow India to progress. In fact, if there is a right leadership, then by using population as a weapon, it can become the number one country in the world, which will be the safest country in the world.
Where corruption, pollution, medical mafia, top exam Exam paper leak can never happen.
Road Rally ( Padyatra) on Drug Free Kashmir on May 3rd 2026 be postponed as NEET Exam is also scheduled to be held tomorrow?
Holding both events on the same day is likely to cause inconvenience to people especially NEET Aspirants and their parents . Traffic diversions, congestion, and pressure on limited manpower can lead to chaos and traffic mismanagement. I appeal @OfficeOfLGJandK to postpone this event ——
