This was a new Partnership firm formed after merger of a Sole Proprietorship.

The MCA asks for Audited Financials Statement even though this was formed in 2023 May.

@IncomeTaxIndia @Infosys @NandanNilekani Income Tax Portal wont let me e-verify a return on a later date because the date is getting captured in the US Format i.e MM/DD/YYYY and not in DD/MM/YYYY.... As a result 120 days has expired and e-verification no possible
