Deeply saddened by the passing of my dear friend and former Prime Minister of Kenya, Mr. Raila Odinga. He was a towering statesman and a cherished friend of India. I had the privilege of knowing him closely since my days as Chief Minister of Gujarat and our association continued over the years. He had a special affection for India, our culture, values and ancient wisdom. This was reflected in his efforts to strengthen India-Kenya ties. He particularly admired Ayurveda and traditional medicine systems of India, having witnessed their positive impact on his daughter's health. I extend my deepest condolences to his family, friends and to the people of Kenya in this hour of grief.
The impunity that George Ruto’s matatus are enjoying is shocking. This is a roundabout in City Hall Way, at the Supreme Court. Matatus are not even allowed to pass through this place. Shame.
The disabled in Tanzania are being sold by their parents to be used in begging in Nairobi Kenya, Uganda and others countries. If Tanzania is ahead of Kenya they couldn't be doing this.
Here's a BBC documentary exposing Tanzania's trafficked disabled kids to come and beg in Kenya.
The disabled kids a forced to beg in the streets to the extent they're being punished for collecting less money.
Dr Fred Matiangi is a leader of his own stature not just for Gusii, not made by Uhuru,in Kisii, Maraga, morara can't match, Raila must retire, Wamunyoro in Muranga and Natembeya can make the match a winning steak with Kalonzo Musyoka.
Dirty politics slowly creeping into Kenyan football ⚽️.
The fracas witnessed today in Kisii as Shabana was preparing to host Gor Mahia clearly points to something bigger than football.
How are fans supposed to go t9 stadiums to support their teams if their safety can't be assured?
This is why many fans Instead of supporting local football ⚽️ they become EPL and European football diehards.
It's very unfortunate
