You will see a million people breaking traffic rules on FC road and deccan but traffic police are busy standing in the small venus lane catching people entering the no-entry lane. Zero accountability leads to devastating outcomes!

This happened to a runner today morning on DP road near Mhatre Bridge. The runner was not alone, 2 people from his running group were ahead of him, who turned back & came after they heard him screaming.. he wasn’t running in the middle of the road, not wearing gold chain..or carrying a phone.
This happened not at 2am or 3am.

Now that all the angles of blaming him (except for the fact that he was runing) have been negated.
Let’s look at the increase in brazen lawlessness in Pune. On well lit, wide road, close to office of a political party. Today there was also another running event happening at that very location means the road wasn’t very deserted. There were some runners & walkers out & about.

Lawlessness is a serious problem in Pune city & it needs to be addressed.
