@Uber_India@Uber_Support Yesterday I booked a courier service through Uber. The driver didn't arrive at the pickup location, in fact, denied to. Then he started the ride & ended the ride immediately. I got charged for nothing. I reported immediately, but to no help from Uber.
@Uber_India@Uber_Support Since then I am getting multiple templated responses on the app, but those are not refunding the charges that I paid for no service. If this is not cheating a consumer, then I don't what is.

I just received a stool and itโs broken. She I reported it to the customer support, he is saying we apologise, but canโt help.
What does that mean? Could you clarify? โCause I just paid for a broken product and the agent is not ready to help!
@SwiggyCares@consumerforum_ please look into this matter. I am getting same templated response from the company after they sold a broken product. I even asked for a replacement or a return, they are not able to arrange that also.
This is absolutely unfair.
@SwiggyCares Please take the product back, I have kept the box intact. Bit please refund the money. Itโs a broken product that youโve sent. I donโt need a broken thing
