We are paying a high cost for yearly/two-yearly subscriptions expecting a premium experience. If we can’t even take a screenshot of a moment we love, then what is the value of this subscription?

Your logic is flawed. You’ve kept screen recording ON for video — which is the most copyright-sensitive content — but you’ve blocked screenshots. That makes zero sense.

If you don’t restore screenshots immediately, I will be forced to tell all current subscribers to go to the Play Store and bring your average rating down from 3.6. That’s the only language that gets attention these days.

BREAKING: Abdullah Fazal ruled out of West Indies and England Test series!

Pakistan Test batter Abdullah Fazal has been ruled out of the two match Test series against West Indies and the upcoming Test series against England after sustaining an acute lower back injury.

The injury occurred during a training session at Brian Lara Cricket Academy Ground in Trinidad on 23 July.

Following an MRI scan and clinical assessment the team medical panel confirmed that Abdullah will require a period of rehabilitation, As a result he will miss both assignments.

A decision regarding his replacement for the remainder of the West Indies Test series will be announced in due course if required

The Pakistan Cricket Board and team management wish Abdullah a speedy recovery and look forward to his return to international cricket

In a time of high inflation, if people are paying for yearly and multi-year premium packages and still cannot capture moments, what is the point of the subscription?

I request the @Tapmad team to immediately unblock screenshots and restore this feature on the mobile app.

If this is not resolved, I urge all users who bought yearly or two-year plans at a high cost to go to the Play Store, give a 1-star rating, and register your protest in the review.

@tapmadtv current average rating is 3.6, which is already very low. If screenshots are not unblocked, this rating should reflect user dissatisfaction and drop further.

Premium users are the backbone of every streaming platform. Blocking such a basic feature at such a high price is unacceptable.
