Dear @IRCTCofficial@RailMinIndia@RailwaySeva,
please tell me how to confirm the consent to proceed and book the ticket when there was nothing to click on ? It is absolute mental harassment. You are having such a pathetic system of tatkal ticket booking where general public is suffering from not able to book the ticket and the agents are booking the tickets under your very nose without any issues! Is this a technical glitch or a scam to support touts? Your 'Digital India' initiative is a complete mockery when a common man can't even book a seat.

It was a wondeful paper @iamcharak! I did injustice to you by cutting down your time and giving more time to "weighteer" but no means enlightening presentations. But you made your point in the squeezed period available to you! Kudos!
India’s cognitive warfare push must go beyond internal cohesion. Inclusivity matters, but today’s battles are shaped by external narratives, adversaries, alliances, tech platforms & global perception. India needs policies that give equal weight to external factors, proactively shaping narratives and countering influence. Strategic clarity + doctrinal innovation + tech adaptability are essential to dominate the perception battlespace.
