A chemical leak that forces a one-mile evacuation zone and road closures in North Toledo directly suppresses turnout in Democratic-leaning precincts (North Toledo wards 2, 3, 4 are heavily minority and low-income Democratic base). The timing three weeks before Election Day is textbook. Not late enough to trigger federal intervention, not early enough for absentee ballots to fully compensate. Who Do I Think Is Behind This? The Cleveland–Toledo axis of the Cabal is run by the Cuyahoga County Democratic machine in coordination with the CIA's Domestic Operations Division (DOD) the same unit that ran the JFK hit, the RFK hit, the MLK disruption, and the 2020 ballot harvesting operation.
