- working is required

DAY 2:
- record a 60-second loom showing it working
- post it on LinkedIn/X

that's it

NO perfect landing pages.

NO fancy branding

NO 40-page business plans

but just

problem → solution → proof → post

within 48 hours you'll have:

- a working product
- potential customers seeing your work

but most important:

- MOMENTUM instead of paralysis
