My wife has been trying to reach out to rapido support since yesterday but not a single person from the Rapido team has spoken to her nor offered proper help even though she clearly mentioned that this driver is harassing her. No action has been taken and it has been > 24 hours

@guarented you folks have THE WORST customer service. It has been over one month but my security deposit has not been refunded. All I get to hear is that it will be done within 10-15 days. Do you plan on investing the money and earning some dividend from it? Is that the deal?

@flyspicejet I had booked a couple of tickets on SG-518 (CCU to BLR) for 2nd November.
Today is the THIRD time the flight got rescheduled and departure time now shows 9:35 am. I’m not able to rebook in any other @flyspicejet flights due to unavailability. Very poor service.

@Housing won't help us. They will just shut off the account and two more account will take it's place tomorrow.

@DGCAIndia As a 2020 graduate and a fresher, was expected to join the firm of the employer, by mid September. All hopes and dreams dashed as flights to Kolkata from London have been cancelled with no available flights till October. Wasted 200£ on a PCR test. Employer seems reluctant to wait

@DGCAIndia Such an incompetent department. For the last few months the @DGCAIndia has been extending the flight ban on the very last minute. Even a passenger from UK, where a travel bubble exists has had their flight cancelled at the very last minute causing a lot of grief and uncertainty.
