@British_Airways - i have just landed back from a travel at Gatwick abd have received my luggage in broken condition. Tried raising it in GBS, it did not have BA as option, went to Zona A, no staff, tried doing it from my BA app it doesnt work. Who cab help?? I need this sorted.

@Uber@Uber_Support this morning I took a trip in London, as soon as the trip started driver said he cannot take me to the location and dropped me in 5 mins and yet i am charged full. Tried contacting support and its just non-sense CHATBot..this is UNACCEPTABLE.
