can someone plz tell me why @FLOWJamaica barred my account and I made payment EIGHTEEN(18) DAYS b4 the due date?! 🤦🏾‍♂️I called customer care on Saturday about something else & was greeted by the IVR saying my bill is overdue - I gave the reference number & the rep ‘sent an email’
