We have no idea how “The Empire Strips Back” hasn’t been sued into oblivion by Disney, but it’s a great fit for Rio’s former Chippendales theater. Show? Doofy, above average dancing, awesome host/comedian—a hoot for die-hard “Star Wars” nerds, especially. Genius move: There’s a bevermission—an intermission (rare in Vegas) that affords the venue additional beverage revenue. All hook, no book, worth a look.™️
