@qatarairways @qatarairways - Currently they are waiting at PHl Terminal A , West near Qatar desk for wheelchairs to transfer them to the shuttle for the hotel. They are waiting there for last 40 mnts. I’m feeling we should not have taken this service at all.

@qatarairways Thanks much . They are now at the cust help desk for the next flight & accommodation.
But its upsetting the way Qatar handled these vintage guys (65+ & 80+) with no wheelchair assistance even the booking was made with it.. They asked for while exiting the flight but not luck

They are now at PHL. They missed the flight from PHL-YYZ due to the delay from your side in Doha(QR 727).They are not given wheelchair assistance (already confirmed during booking) . They are in the PHL immigration & looking for the WHCR to move forward. please assist @qrsupport
