While I empathise with this person’s failed attempt to make paneer, it’s worth remembering that it is one bad experience. Visual evidence of curdling can be absent for many reasons

1. pH of lime juice not low enough
2. Temperature not high enough
3. Homogenisation

A request to people experiencing food safety anxiety - if 1000 independently and randomly sourced milk packets failed to curdle with lime juice verified to be consistently strongly acidic after being boiled to the same temperature, THAT is meaningful evidence of a problem with the milk.

Because of your apathy, three more students died by suicide at the same "University" that year. The chargesheeted accused still show up to that campus every morning and teach. You did nothing. You are still doing nothing.

This rage was not built in a day. It was built by your silence while children were dying. This has nothing to do with any political party, so please don't make it about politics.

Do the right thing for once and pave the way for someone who is more competent and is actually interested in running the Education Ministry properly.
