@IamEmily2050 I'm kind of not surprised that it's not out for America but super surprised that users in China are post poned. Hoping for worldwide π€πΎπ€πΎ
@sama Hey Sam, codex and 5.5 has been a dream. I only use Claude for creative writing. More expensive but worth it. Do any of the new models in your opinion excel at creative writing that could compete for my api calls that currently are going to Claude Opus?
@IamEmily2050 So generous. I've been dragging my feet with getting into video and spending my time solely creating storyboard pipelines with consistent characters for my super niche use case. Will check your skills out once i get going. Thanks!
@IamEmily2050 100%. After June 22nd, we're in a new era. I hope this lights a fire over at @OpenAI to offer models closer to Fable then 5.5 is but still available through subscription tiers
@thsottiaux Annotations often get wonky when the codex browser isn't at 100% zoom. The highlighted container doesn't visually align if the zoom in codex's internal is at 50% for example
@minchoi I really want an OpenAI model that's creative writing is on par with opus.. or an Anthropic model that's API calls cost closer to open ai models
@thsottiaux Before you could annotate multiple things before sending, now they can only be sent one at a time. A setting to toggle the desired behavior would be PHENOMONAL
@gavinpurcell This would be a nightmare but I would imagine companies would pre-nerf the models and then un-nerf after releasing.. kinda like what electronics manufacturers do to get FCC compliancy certs for radio enabled electronics.
