@virginmedia Yes, I’ve been using that. Every day it says the fix is anticipated to happen late afternoon (except today, when it says it’ll be fixed tomorrow, late afternoon). So, given that this hasn’t happened for the last 6 days, I’m not getting the answers I’m looking for.
@virginmedia All I want is a sense of when the issue is likely to be fixed. Right now I have no idea of the scale of the fault (is it just me etc?) and thus have no sense of where it sits in your priorities. If I could speak to someone, I probably wouldn’t be so frustrated.
@virginmedia Thanks. I’ve tried to speak to someone a number if times. I can only get the pre-recorded ‘we’re working on it’ message. Which isn’t much help much after 5 days. If I try and speak to ‘retention’, I can’t get through (I’ve just tried again and have been on hold for 10 mins).
