It’s not our job as preachers to be inventive or entertaining.
Our primary job is reminding.
The gospel is the greatest story ever told.
It brings dead people to life.
It sets the captives free.
We must remember before we forget.
To broaden one’s perspective is to learn that an ideology may describe some experiences or thoughts (positive & negative), but it never defines everyone.
Expanding beyond a single story perspective reveals a quiet but vital truth: no one ideology, however loud or persuasive, represents the fullness of human thought.
“Grounded in Scripture and affirmed by leadership theory, delegation enables pastors to cultivate emerging leaders, steward spiritual gifts, and advance the mission of God more effectively.” — @iamjeffwallace https://t.co/FPMRoCecJW
Not just one of the best scenes in Black TV History, but American Television history.
Thanks for the memories Malcolm Jamal-Warner.
This is how I’ll remember you. 🤩
We’re heartbroken to report the passing of Malcolm-Jamal Warner at the age of 54 from an apparent drowning.
A generation grew up with Warner as Theodore “Theo” Huxtable. His portrayal helped redefine Black boyhood on screen, offering humor, vulnerability, and depth across eight seasons.
May he rest in peace.
What an awesome time being a part of the @slulead Youth Pastor Summit in North Carolina yesterday.
Loved serving with so many ministry friends and ministry heroes of mine. God is using these leaders to equip other Next Gen Leaders to reach a generation with the Gospel.
YPS is definitely worth your time. Make sure to be a part of one in the future. @BrentACrowe , @IamJeffWallace@ryanmcdermott@Jstrack007 and the whole @slulead team are the best of the bests!

Finished was the power of sin.
Finished was the hold of shame.
Finished was the silence between God and humanity.
Good Friday is not just about pain. It’s about promise.
A promise that through the darkest moment in history, the light of redemption would break through.
It is Finished! But Hope is Just Beginning!
Today, we remember the day Love was poured out.
On a hill called Calvary, Jesus bore the weight of our sin, shame, and sorrow, not with resistance, but with resolve. The cross was not a defeat, it was a declaration: “It is finished.”
No matter how long you’ve been a follower of Jesus, growing in your faith & spending time reading and studying His Word, sometimes, you still have to have pep talks with the Lord to encourage your soul. My morning…😊
