* drink less alcohol

* help with childcare

@elchefe @goldengateblond We have learned the fact that you can opt out of getting weighed, and if they refuse to let you opt out, you can demand that they not share the number with you anywhere. My partner is (lifetime) recovering from eating disorders so it's very important to keep that number away.
