@BootsUK The points haven’t reflected onto my advantage card. It says I could have earned £5.36 and to pick up an advantage card today. Not sure if there has been an error with this? How do I get them added on?

@BootsUK I was in on Saturday and bought an item and used my recycle rewards voucher. I scanned my item, my advantage card, and my rewards voucher and paid. I was wondering why my points balance hadn’t been updated and I just checked my receipt and it says I could have earned?

@ScotRail Hi. Would we be able to get a refund in our tickets? We sat on the platform then told the train not going anywhere. Guy on the replacement bus didn’t know when he was leaving and we have an appointment in Glasgow we can’t miss so I’m having to drive.

@MandSBank hello, I wondered if there’s a delay with the hot drink vouchers? I haven’t received these yet and usually get them in good time. I got my reward vouchers on my app but no sign of the hot drinks! I think I got my last set in December and they run out on the 31st March.
