I'd say, the mindset of perfectionism; maladaptive perfectionism, which keeps me planning and strategizing, and never really executing. And the fear of judgement.

Lessons learned:
• return gives you a value to USE, console.log() just shows it
• Commas in return don't concatenate strings
• You learn more from debugging your own bugs than from tutorials

Functions be messing with me 😅

Tried a Temperature Converter yesterday. Hit 2 bugs:
1. Used console.log() inside functions, got "undefined" outputs
2. Used commas in return instead of plus - only returned last value

Spent 30+ mins debugging both. Finally got it working.

Day 5 of JavaScript

Learned functions today. They are basically blocks of code you write once and reuse whenever you need them.
Instead of writing the same code many times, you just call the function.

Built a grade checker, temperature converter, simple calculator.

Day 4 of JavaScript (continued).

Earlier on, nested loops kicked my ass. So I spent today mastering nested loops.

Triangles, pyramids, reverse patterns, repeating numbers, diamonds; figured them all out.

Feels good to break through a wall like that.

Back after a few days away.

Just graduated with First Class Honours in Quantity Surveying (https://t.co/0VNEljPWeZ), from the the Federal University of Technology Minna.

The convocation was stressful and chaotic, but I'm officially done.
Good mental break though.
