@ManiereDeVoir The front print of graphic T-shirt has loose threads without a single wear ( same problem faced in multiple products even after the exchange of it) . I have been told by the customer support team that it is not classified as manufacturing fault. The product has been under complete and utmost care since exchange and has not once been worn. I would request you to please explain about why the loose threads are not covered in manufacturing fault and I have had to personally go to the store for the exchange of first product after having faced the same problem, and have been asked to visit store again for return which is not possible for me as I have travelled back to a different region in the UK. Could you please assist on this ? Thanks.
