@drm_umb @RailwaySeva This is the worst experience on a premium Shatabdi train. Train kept on standstill in Chandi Mandir now. Delay already running into 3 hours. Young children crying for food, water waiting for some support @RailMinIndia . Time at Kalka was 11.40am, its 2.45pm right now. Help!

Here's how @SamsungIndia scams customers. On Sep 22, I ordered the Samsung Smart Ring at a festive price of ₹10,099. Sizing kit was received & updated on Sept 25. Order shipped on Sept 26 with delivery date of Sept 27. Clear communication. Clear commitment. Or so I thought. 👇

Hey @SamsungIndia such pathetic service. Why cancel my Samsung Smart Ring order from your end after the product is out for delivery and then charge me a Cancellation fee. I need the ring. Connect me with an agent asap. Customer Service is broken with no way to.speak to an agent.
