It has come to light that Ms. Kattu is allegedly engaged in moonlighting, serving as a Sister at a Church during the mornings, while continuing her employment with Genpact in the evenings. This dual engagement appears to violate basic employment norms and raises concerns about conflict of interest and professional ethics.

Additionally, it is deeply troubling that Ms. Kattu is reportedly spreading hate speech, vulgar content, and misinformation through social media platforms such as X and Instagram. These posts appear to be disseminated not only by her, but also by her subordinates and close family members, including her brothers, possibly in coordination.

One particularly disturbing post involved disrespectful content related to Maa Seeta Devi, which has deeply hurt the sentiments of many. Further, during the tragic period of Operation Sindoor, when innocent Hindus lost their lives to terrorism, she is alleged to have mocked the victims, which is both insensitive and unacceptable.

These actions, if verified, not only violate community guidelines and platform policies but also raise serious concerns about the values and conduct expected of professionals representing a company like Genpact.

We respectfully request that Genpact take immediate internal action to investigate these allegations of moonlighting, spreading hate speech, and public misconduct.

We also ask: Is this the conduct Genpact stands for? We trust that Genpact will handle this matter with the seriousness it deserves and uphold the integrity and values your organization is known for.
