@UberINSupport All my last trips have been the same in Bangalore, no cars of yours have ACs working. I always just get excuses of all types from your drivers. Its a policy level change you need to make and penalize the drivers if they refuse to switch on the AC or if the AC is not in working

@AskClubMahindra This is just a standard social media response. If your team really cares, it wouldnt have taken 1 year and multiple calls to find a solution. Anyways they are poor junior level call centre execs & consultants, who obviouslt cant take any decision to an issue like this. Next what?
Its been more than 1 year and still no one has bothered to resolve this issue for me . I have made multiple calls to your call centre and all you are interested is to follow up akd collect your ASF dues. I have accumulated 28 days of holidays and 10+ days have lapsed.
This is effectively 5 years of holidays out of 25 years membership. I have also paid last 4 years ASF for which I am not being allowed to use the holidays even without my pet. This year I will NOT pay ASF. Untill you resolve my issue. Lets see if you bother.
