the issue has not been resolved, and no replacement has been provided.

To make matters worse, my phone calls are now being ignored or hung up on. This level of service is unacceptable, and I expected much better from Amazon.

Amazon's policy prohibits refunds for wheelchairs! A wheelchair is not just a product it's a source of movement for me. I would understand this regulation if it had been a smartphone, but a wheelchair? Not so much.
Help me get the refund so I can get the right one.

@AmazonHelp I had taken a wheel chair with which there are three problems. First its wheel is touching the body due to which its wheels are not moving. Second the leg support is very low and third the seat size is small.1/2
