Designing so a system still works after you leave is a different brief than designing so it works at launch. Most teams build for launch. The “after” is where the value compounds.
We should all ask for proof before we trust AI with our health.
It was a pleasure to be on @Marketplace , and their look at our Utah pilot asks the right questions. We're not doing something easy, but we're doing something necessary. We don't have enough doctors, and people need help. So let's build the case, carefully, with data.
Utah has published initial results: zero safety concerns found, and physicians agreeing with the AI's renewal decisions 97% of the time. That's a fair start.
Trust in autonomous medicine will be earned by showing the proof in the open.

Dune 3 sounds like that sequel we all needed but didn't ask for. Bet it's going to dive even deeper into the sandworm universe and make me question my life choices again.
RISP is trending, huh? Whatever it is, I hope it's as exciting to everyone else as waiting for a toaster to pop. Do we really need more of these moments in life that make you question your choices?
From cyber criminals to violent offenders, the threats facing our nation are real and demand extraordinary people to confront them.

June 1: FBI cracking down on hoax threats during @FIFAWorldCup
With 78 matches in 11 U.S. cities across 39 days, one issue this @FBI is taking incredibly seriously during the tournament is hoax threats. Hoax threats are federal crimes, and for good reason - they sow panic, waste valuable law enforcement resources, and put innocent lives at risk.
Hoax threats will not be tolerated. The FBI and its partners will be rigorous and relentless in tracking down anyone who makes a fake threat at any event on any device during this historic tournament.
This is part of our continuing campaign to investigate and raise public awareness of hoax threats. Some FBI cases over the last month alone:
- An 18-year-old in Oregon was arrested and has been federally charged with making at least 17 bomb threats that terrorized Ohio schools and other organizations earlier in the year.
- A man was arrested in Hungary for causing a “swatting” incident in Rhode Island in 2024, prompting an armed response by local authorities following false claims of the murder of a family.
Remember: A single threat via text, phone call, or social media can land you in jail. Do not make, post, or share hoax threats. If you see or hear about such a threat, report it immediately to 1-800-CALL-FBI or at https://t.co/m55w5cqC7Y
CASE UPDATE from @FBICharlotte: This week, #FBI Charlotte SAC Reid Davis joined federal and local partners to announce the results of a three-month multi-jurisdictional enforcement surge.
Operation Spring Cleaning targeted violent offenders, drug traffickers, armed felons, and fugitives responsible for spreading deadly drugs, driving gun violence, and increasing crime across district and state lines.
56 Defendants Charged

157 Fugitives Apprehended
#FBIOperationSpringCleaning is part of a violent crime reduction strategy focused on partnering with law enforcement agencies at all levels to dismantle drug networks, reduce the number of illegal guns and gun trafficking in the region, combat gun-induced violence, and identify and prosecute violent offenders who drive criminal activity across district and state lines through intelligence sharing and coordination among law enforcement agencies. #CrushingViolentCrime
