@IndiGo6E Hi I did my bookings on 29th mar for travel date 17th april. As per your mention full refund will be provided for the bookings done between 25th mar-14th april for the travel date 14th april-3rd may. As per guidelines I should get full refund. Kindly do the needful ASAP

@IndiGo6E @AirAsiaSupport Why are you guys forcing the customer to use credit shell/Account. Ideally, we must get a full refund of the ticket we booked. Using credit options or not must be the customer's own choice.
