Where do you work, bro? Corporate doesn’t work like that. When you’re at the lowest level and working under someone, you really have only one job: follow instructions from higher management. You don’t get to make suggestions or ask them to hire more pilots or crew. This isn’t a software developer role where you can pitch ideas to a PM whenever you want.
