scooter battery damaged on this Friday 62952KM and the scooter dropped at Thrissur EC. This is the 2 nd time my battery was got damaged Till today i did not get my scooter back.This is the hyper service promised by ceo / this is the cheapest battery you are using?

@kunalkamra88 @smitaprakash @bhash My ola scooter gen1 55kkm was now facing a problem with front Mono shock. Oil seal was damaged &Ola didn’t repair the oil seal and the only option was to replace the entire monoshock costing 7k. It was not covered on exended warranty.What a pathetic way to loot the money
