The scooter battery was damaged on 12 October & the scooter dropped at Thrissur Peramangalam service center @ the next day itself. They're saying that no battery is given by the ola factory to the service center

the scooter after the successful battery replacement at 17th September.I enquired about the job status and they're saying that no battery was available on the service center due to lack of supply from the ola factory. I didn't received any battery replacement approval neither
