@_dejanikira @JetBlue Same here! No trains out of JFK or any surrounding areas or flights. We had to get a 30 min ride to an alternate car rental area just to get a car because they’re either sold out or not doing one way rides. Now we are on a 21h car drive to New Orleans. So fucked.

so sick. never flying @JetBlue again. They cancelled our connecting AND the reschedule TWICE in less than 24 hours. Now stating they can’t rebook until the 30th - a SIX DAY DELAY. Forced to find a car rental outside of the city because all rentals at JFK and Amtrak are sold out.

My sister was flying back to MSY from JFK and @JetBlue cancelled their flights 2 days in a row and today said they couldn’t rebook them until Friday. That’s a SEVEN day delay. Inexcusable. They’re driving all the way instead 🙃

@turo charged our credit card $1250 for damages weeks after the accident, when we had already agreed to work through our insurance. But we can’t do anything without an invoice!! We have even gone as far to yes, comment on his Instagram. Still, no response from @Turo or the host.

We even rated the host 5 stars because we didn’t feel it was his fault for us being stranded in the middle of nowhere, thanks to @turo customer support not knowing wtf they’re doing. We just found out he rated us horribly for something completely beyond our control…
