THE SACRED PORTAL HIDDEN IN CHRISTIAN ART
Have you ever wondered why Jesus is depicted inside an almond-shaped opening known as the Vesica Piscis?
What if this sacred symbol reveals something profound about your own spiritual rebirth?
In esoteric symbolism, the Vesica Piscis represents the gateway between two worlds: the physical and the spiritual, darkness and light.
Its resemblance to the womb carries a powerful message: Before something new can be born, something old must pass away.
This is the deeper symbolism of Christ's resurrection.
The death of the old self. The surrender of fear, ignorance, limiting beliefs, and the ego-driven identity that keeps you imprisoned.
And the resurrection?
The awakening of divine consciousness within you.
You begin to see beyond the illusions that once controlled your thoughts, emotions, and desires.
You are no longer imprisoned by who you were conditioned to believe you are.
The Vesica Piscis symbolizes this sacred passage: from ignorance into wisdom, from illusion into awareness, from the old self into the awakened self.
Perhaps the resurrection is not only a sacred event to remember, but also a spiritual transformation to experience.
The question is: Are you willing to let your old self die so your higher self can be born?

I’m honestly surprised that people are still asking for ETR/eTIMS receipts without providing their KRA PIN! 🤦🏽♂️
Haven’t we done enough sensitisation on what it takes to ensure your business expenses are properly supported for tax purposes?
An eTIMS receipt alone is not enough. You must ensure it is correctly issued to your business, with the right PIN and the necessary supporting documentation.
You cannot ignore the requirements throughout the year and start scrambling for compliance when filing your returns.
Tax compliance starts at the point of transaction, not when you’re preparing your tax returns.
Let’s get the basics right!
Good day .
In this era of artificial intelligence, it is becoming urgent to distinguish human art from what machines produce. There is an ontological difference, even before an aesthetic one, between art and what a machine can generate through statistical calculation based on millions of images created by others. Algorithms lack the spark of humanity. For this reason, the Church wishes to renew an alliance with artists and cultural institutions to safeguard our humanity.
This picture says a lot about Catholicism and Protestantism.
Catholic priest: a servant and spiritual father, not looking for a fight, humble enough to admit he needs to study a difficult passage, completely at peace.
Protestant: restlessly looking for confrontation, convinced he already knows everything, and mistakes another man’s humility for his own victory.
One man belongs to a faith bigger than himself; the other has made himself the measure of the faith, and needs everyone else to know it.
My marriage counselor just revealed the brutal truth about why 90% of couples stop having sex.
It has absolutely nothing to do with physical attraction, getting older, or having kids.
You are better off in capital markets (NSE, MMF, IFB, SACCO) than starting a business if you are one of these:
1. Full-time employee:
You earn Sh 60K p.m, a middle level manager, can't leave to supervise. Businesses without owner presence is prone to theft by employees.
Capital markets work while you are in office. MMF doesn't need a cashier. If you can't give a business 20 hours weekly for 12 months straight, think twice. >>
@Joe__Bassey Mr know it all. You have opinion on everything. When do you acknowledge that you do not have enough knowledge to give an informed opinion. You have such myopic view on things while you focus on your inflated ego.
@Joe__Bassey You can change the name. Its fascinating that I am stupid but not trying to show my foolishness with double standards. Emancipate yourself from mental goonism.
I entered Facebook when the internet was crying about the skull of St Agatha and what I discovered shocked me.
I saw a large number of weak Catholics. I saw Catholics say things like: "I don’t believe in prayer to the saints. I don’t pray to saints. I only come to church, pray to God, pray to Jesus Christ, and go home."
A lot of them were saying this just to stay on the good side of Protestants. And I just laughed and said "it can never be X".
This is very bad, it is very terrible, and it is very wrong. It shows many Catholics do not even know their faith. They're are the kind of Catholic that will run away if they were told to renounce God or die.
There is a reason I am saying this with confidence.
Every Sunday at Mass, we stand and recite the Creed. We say: "I believe in the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins…" We declare that we believe in the communion of saints - but some people do not even know what the communion of saints is.
Anytime you come out and say, "I only pray to God. I don’t ask for the intercession of saints," that first part is not bad, you can go directly to God. Nobody is forcing you to ask the saints for intercession.
But when you say it in a way that condemns the practice, you are also saying you do not believe in the communion of saints which is one of the core beliefs of the Catholic Church.
As a Catholic, when you come outside to condemn one of the core beliefs of the Church, you're already making yourself a heretic.
If you are one of those people, sit down and learn. Learn the idea behind the intercession of the saints. Learn what the communion of saints actually means.
Finally, it is worthy to note that, whether you deny communion of saints or not, you are already an idolater to the people you're trying so hard to please.
It is better you understand your Catholic faith very well before you come out to say things you do not know.
You're judged by how you look. Stop believing the fantasy that you're only judged by your character, intelligence, or your intentions, because that's not how it works in the real world.
The payoff is simple. Looking your best isn't about pretending to be somebody else. It's about removing distractions so people can see the best version of who you already are. And when you start treating yourself like someone worth respecting, everyone will treat you better.
