After all this i would still recommend Corsair Products in India(Ordered SF 1000 today).

Whole process took around 15-18 days and really appreciate the assistance provided by Corsair Global Support.While there were delayed responses owing to timezone difference

Update 27/03/2025- Got my refund today.Although not full.Paid 13700 while they refunded 13,000.

Update 29/03/2025- After raising the issue in corsair live chat got the refund of extra 15 USD too for the difference.

I had to contact corsair global customer service to even get some clarity on the situation and only after that i got an email from Corsair India service and Global CS that they are willing to refund my money as they have no buffer stock or a replacement with an ATX PSU

On calling the number the support has been almost non existent and are just redirecting me to contact some other person via email and say that they don’t have any update.

Such horrible post sale service they are providing to Indian customers.
