@SonyLIV has the worst customer service team. The WORST EVER. I am a premium subscriber and have been one for years. Somehow I can't seem to Login to my account anymore. They are not doing anything about it. And They are not responding at all !!!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE from @airindiain AIRINDIA. Travelled from Kathmandu to Mumbai Via Delhi, first landed in Delhi, picked up my luggages( 4 bags) and then went to domestic transfers and dropped all 4 bags to air India counter obviously assuming they would reach Mumbai.

Got an email this morning that my luggage was found at Delhi airport, but it has been over 16 hours and Air India still hasn't delivered my luggage. Upon calling them, the lady at the luggage customer service says - "Sir, how many times will you call ? "
