Revisited PSK on 26th Feb with reqd docs advised by officer.
Current Rcpt status - ON HOLD. File -GZ1075232816421 is escalated to RPO. Pls advice next.

@HDFCBank_Cares That is not needed anymore. I was forced to use a credit card for the transaction. Kindly do due diligence on why debit card transactions get a failure for international transactions. Furthermore, your team was not able to rectify my issue firsthand, hence the tweet.

[1/2] For the file #GZ1076291571822, we went to @rpoghaziabad on 18th May with an appointment. File was transferred from from one room to other at @rpoghaziabad and no information or update was given to us.
