@HDFCBank_Cares That is not needed anymore. I was forced to use a credit card for the transaction. Kindly do due diligence on why debit card transactions get a failure for international transactions. Furthermore, your team was not able to rectify my issue firsthand, hence the tweet.

Really a traumatizing experience while doing an international transaction. Inexperienced staff,
can't even resolve a simple issue.
