Hey @MartinSLewis an idea, you should look into @currys care plans and advise customers buying this as it doesn’t save customers money. A lot of customers including myself have brought one but they don’t honour the agreement they keep you waiting.

So @currys has a 7 day promise but I’m on DAY 13 and a product replacement offer but I HAVE NO PRODUCT. I’m pretty sure this is a breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, wouldn’t you agree @currys @CurrysServices @WhichUK

@CurrysSupport1 Thats what is suppose to happen, it’s what they advertise & I have a care plan but that’s not what I’ve got. I’m still waiting 15 days later, explain that to me? Haven’t received anything & I chase to get answers but nothing. So how is that not going against the consumer act?

@ch_2719 @currys Having a care plan is a joke, especially if they cannot fix your TV, they don’t deal with it correctly and should be investigated by @BBCNews . I think it’s breaking the consumer rights act 2015.

@currys Yeah it’s nice but when you get a care plan they don’t honour it, they just keep you waiting weeks. Definitely won’t be a peace of mind if the worst was to happen, go somewhere else you’ll get a better experience.
