Cashless is a disaster at @jazzfest. Food lines so long they’re blocking walkways. Six lines for Crawfish Monica, each with 30+ people.

Old: Place order. Person hollers back for the food, turns around and took your cash and made change from fistful of money before the food was up. Now: hollers order, waits for machine to reset, punches in new order. Offer machine to you for tip. Tap card. Pick form of receipt.
