@rcik09 @gurujammy Bro where did you find a 20m apartment in Kingston? Waltham or Bay Farm? 😭 a studio at The Vineyard (Deanery road off Mountain View) starts at around 25m. Avg 1 bedroom in kgn is between 28 to 32m. Average 2bedroom is under 40m.
