@krishnabgowda Ekhata stuck for more than 1.5 years. Wrong name displayed in issued ekhata. They approved ekhata even with name mismatch. Now cant apply for new ekhata as SAS number already mapped to earlier incorrect ekhata. Visited 17 times to gba office in yediyur @GBAChiefComm @GBA_office

@myntra @MyntraSupport my wife purchased 4 units of a saree as a gift to her friends. First tie they ahipped only one unit. Product returned and a fresh order for same saree 4 units placed again. Again only 1 unit sent when complained sent 1 more . Lost money of 2 units. #fraud

@ChristinMP_ My khata request is pending for last 1.5 years. Visited bbmp office over a dozen times. Now ARO asking me to go to somebody in JCR section in head office coz That guy is not responding to ARO. So I have to go and request him . For a few of us this e khata has been a bane n a pain

@GBAChiefComm Ekhata wrongly applied and issued in old owner's name (again on advice of help center) now new epid created but some technical error due to which bbmp not able to deliver SAS from old epid. They are asking me to talk to some tech guy in Head office as he is not answering to ARO

I filed a complaint on the 1533 helpline and there's been no action from GBA for over a week. Three engineers have called me and asked me about the same thing, each as clueless as the next.
If this is the response of the city, we have no hope

This is a needless step in the process.

@upstox has the worst customer service. raised a complaint to update name due to name mismatch. they asked me to send hard copies of documents. couriered them a few weeks back. still I keep getting generic mail to send the documents.

@zerodha @upstox @UpstoxSupport @_groww @groww_cs @CdslIndia @SEBI_India @FinMinIndia @nsitharaman when PAN reflects name change & matches with aadhaar, why do these brokers need hard copies of documents, notarised copies of news paper ads? a smiple spelling mistake can be changed using UIDAI passcode, but not name mismatch?

@zerodha The name mismatch was at Zerodha too. I sent the same set of documents to @upstox that I couriered @zerodha . while Zerodha solved it, @upstox is yet to acknowledge the problem

Even after asseting that I have sent the documents, they neither acknowledge on receiving it, nor do they clarify what documents are pending. Meanwhile @zerodha solved the same issue with no hassle, no question asked within a week of sending the document
