@obxpilot23@CitiusMag This is High School right? The NFHS rules do not mention ācelebratingā do they? Taunting is mentioned. This doesnāt seem like taunting to me. Am I missing something?
Youāre watching the administration lose control of the narrative in real time.
The more they show their supporters that they donāt give a shit about their gun rights, the worse it gets.
Iāve seen over a dozen right-wing commentators call out the propaganda. Thatās progress.
šØBREAKING: A new video out of Minneapolis shows the truth ICE doesnāt want you to see⦠compliance does not protect you.
In this video, ICE agents pull up to a vehicle and immediately demand the driverās ID.
The man calmly asks the most basic, legally protected question: āWhy am I being pulled over?ā
They never answer⦠because they donāt have a legal reason to stop him.
Even so, the man begins to retrieve his ID anyway.
An agent then orders him to turn off the vehicle. The driver says, āNo problem, sir, Iāll get out.ā
The agent refuses, then immediately changes commands again: āI need to see your ID.ā
Suddenly, an agent on the passenger side pounds on the window. Then he strikes it with a hard object, clearly threatening to break it.
At the same time, the driver-side agent again demands the ID.
This is not confusion. This is intentional command overload⦠a tactic used to manufacture ānoncomplianceā so force can be justified.
ICEās own training materials explicitly state:
āNoncompliance or refusal to cooperate with officer commands, without fighting back, does NOT violate 18 U.S.C. § 111.ā
In plain English: not immediately obeying commands is NOT a crime.
And hereās the key legal issue:
Unless agents have:
⢠a valid arrest warrant, or
⢠probable cause that a specific crime has been committed
they cannot:
⢠use force
⢠break windows
⢠issue violent threats
⢠detain or arrest someone
Probable cause means specific, articulable facts that would make a reasonable officer believe a crime occurred⦠not vibes, not attitude, not silence, not filming, not asking questions.
Back in the video, the passenger-side agent escalates further, shouting:
āFirst time I ask you to roll your window down, you do it.ā
The driver responds:
āAre you in danger, sir? Are you escalating this?ā
The agent replies:
āI donāt know. Hands up.ā
Despite the driver repeatedly attempting to comply and hand over ID, agents continue shouting conflicting commands.
At one point, the agent orders the driver to ātalk to the original agentā⦠which is exactly what the driver was doing before the window-smashing threat.
Then the man asks, āAre you feeling unsafe or uneasy?ā
The agent responds, āI donāt know, man.ā while standing on the passenger side of the car, smirking.
The driver finally says what anyone would say surrounded by armed men:
āHow many guns do I have around me? I need you to calm down. Iām asking him to stop banging on my car. Is that too much?ā
He even offers⦠again⦠to step out of the vehicle.
This is not law enforcement. This is intimidation fishing for an excuse.
No probable cause.
No warrant.
No lawful basis for force.
And yet, the escalation came entirely from the agents.
This video proves something chilling: you can comply, stay calm, ask lawful questions⦠and still be threatened with violence.
So, the question isnāt āWhy didnāt he just comply?ā
The question is how many people have already been assaulted under this exact playbook⦠and how many more will be, before this stops?
Spoke on background with two attorneys who have defended officer involved shootings.
Both have always taken their cases to trial.
After reviewing the events today, both said if it were their client theyād advise:
-Seek a plea deal
-Be willing to plead guilty to a lesser crime or a lower sentence
-Accept anything that isnāt de jure LWOP (life with out parole)
In other words, the guys who defend police officers shooting for a living, think this case is unwinnable.
They would try to defend his actions, theyād just try and lower the impact of the outcome.
Their main sticking point were:
-āI could argue shot number one and hope for an acquittal or a hung jury - but I canāt get there on shots 2 and 3ā
-āA jury will not get passed the turning of the wheelsā
-āDenying medics throws self defense out the windowā
@LMCScanner Just curious: this address is well inside Lake County. East and South of Lotus School. I understand why FLFD responded to the call, but how is this āUnincorporated Spring Groveā?
Q: You are the most powerful man on earth. Why don'y you just enable Ukraine to finish this war tomorrow?
TRUMP: Well, if you know anything about what you were talking about--
Q: I do
TRUMP: I don't think you do
Stephen Miller said the quiet part out loud. Trump has āplenary authority,ā then suddenly went silent. The plan wasnāt to be made public. Clearly someone hit the panic button in his earpiece.
It gets weirder: CNN uploaded the interview with the āplenary authorityā comment edited out.

Have said it before but @atrupar's work has become absolutely indispensable. I'm sure I speak for a lot of people when I say it's essential to what we all do. Subscribe!
Our favorite researcher Just Whelmed does a fantastic job of dismantling Moses Johnson and the Republican shutdown narrative.
This is well worth your time.
