They requested driver consent
To share his number with me
Told me to wait
I got an email hours later
Driver refused consent
Driver said no items were left behind
No explanation as to why trip ended abruptly

So basically it was theft!

If using @Uber especially in #Canada never do multiple stops & leave your items in the car. The driver will end the trip drive off with your belongings and @Uber_Support #SafetyLine will say they can’t find the trip, transfer the call few times, hang up then email ticket resolved

They hung up after the 6th rep
Then sent issue resolved email
Closed the ticket
I moved to in-app chat support
They could indeed find the trip
Sent screenshots to show discrepancy
That final location was never reached
I had been charged for both stops
They couldn’t reach driver
