Bro to bro: do you know that reinforcement prices as at 2019 is btw 165,000 - 185,000/ ton and as at today, it's btw N900,000 - N1,200,000/ ton? Depending on brand and quality.

Reinforcement comes in different sizes/diameters:
8mm = N4,500 - N6,000
10mm = N7,500 - N9,000
12mm = N10,000 - N13,000
16mm = N19,500 - N21,500, etc

Standard length is 12m. Market length is about 11.7m mostly.

1 ton of 8mm has about 210 pieces
10mm = about 135 pieces
12mm = about 94 pieces
16mm = about 53 pieces, etc

If a project needs 145 tons of 16mm
= 145 x 1,050,000 = N152,250,000 (Averagely)

If it requires, 20 lengths of 12mm
= 20 x 11,000 = N220,000
